I'm stacking chapters because of the repetitive plot. Ive read about 75-80% of what is currently available. (Just checked its 97%... I can't even track it.) Initially, its filled with new concepts and it was fascinating for me as this was also one of my first light novels but further down it fell off for me. Honestly I don't know why there is an alternative ending. I was loving it until suddenly the whole story changed. It felt like the author died and some random person who was reading the novel took over writing it by using an alternative ending as an excuse. All of the built up progression before that "ending" was lost. There was not ending. I got whacked over the head as a reader and the new story feels like the result of a concussive force.

Yes the enemies and public are stupid beyond belief... I say don't read this.. But this was one of my first novels so I really like it and still reading but for new readers I don't recommend... Very very stupid enemies and repeated plots

Characters are oftenly petty, i dont think they are stupid tho but i enjoy it (chap 1253) also mc fells kinda wierd in beggining but it will became somewhat normal soon

Hit the word count limit so here is the continuation: I'll say the most prominent good and bad points (yet again in my opinion) so decided for yourself. Repetitive plot, one dimensional characters, lack of character development and unsatisfactory ending (which i described earlier) are the worst points, on the other hand: Great world building (to this point it's the best I've seen), interesting items (yet again the best I this regard (might be personal)) and as a whole a relaxing experience (this once again depends on one's personal preference but in general i say it's done a great job in that regard. Not like slice of life type of relaxing but relaxing nonetheless.) In the end I must add that I have read it 3 times so my opinion might be a little twisted😅. With all that said, as a final say read the first 100 if not then the first 60 chapters and judge for yourself. Man this was more of a review if anything rather than replying to your comment🤔🤐. It went great till chap 2600 but after that author took almost a year long break and after coming back as if not satisfied with the progress r*p*d things up in 300 chapters, something that should've taken at least 1000 chapters, hence the infamous rushed ending. At that point almost 60% of the plot were left hanging. Then later after another long break when everybody had thought that was the end he introduced the alternate ending in which MC is re reincarnated to were he had left the first time line as the shadow's ex-guild leader. There is a hypothesis saying that according to the title the "alternate ending" is the true story and the first 3000 chapters were just the precursor for the "alternate ending". Anyway the issue about the rushed ending had been resolved, to some extent, then about the rest of the story, I must say it's highly dependent on your preferences, it has too many bad points but an equal amount of good points. I myself was once a diehard fan of this series.
