Summary

    Only read 19 chapters, but I already had to stop. The translation is difficult to read and there are way too many clichés jam packed in just these few chapters. Young Masters haven't even started to appear yet, but a couple of arrogant characters have that already made the Mc their nemesis. I really can't go down this rabbit hole again. I'm tired of reading about completely unreasonable characters. It's a shame that not every Cultivation Novel could be like "A Record of a Mortal's Journey to Immortality". Heck, I would even settle for more like "Nine Star Hegemon Body Art". Although that's also filled with every Cultivation Novel cliché under the sun, at least it's well written and easy to follow. I should probably just stop reading novels like these. Anything with Emperor, God or Immortal in the title, it's a risky click and you might waste your time.

      It's written in 2014 so ofc there will be cliches here. Also this one has the same author as Hail the King so I am gonna give this one a try. If u haven't u should read Hail the King.

      I'm 5 months late, you said that you stay away from any novels that have god, emperor, and immortal but I recommend you to read "immortal god emperor" it's quite good, a classic and it's completely translated.

The sentences are fcking confusing One time it said that Li Yiruo somehow escaped and one time it said this "As a woman, she was so furious that she completely sided with Ding Hao when she got to know that the disciples of the Tranquility Academy had raped the female disciples of the Swordsmanship-seeking Sect after drugging them with the hallucinatory medicine" See??? Fcking confusing right.
