He was never really a hooded mage that would throw lighting bolts at you from a distance. Even in the early arcs, a lot of his fights are about punching stuff.

.( The first 500 chapters were good but after that they introduced too much annoying drama and cringy romance) Really Kamila telling Lith to take his abomination form to bang her, still she did not stop there she told him to bang her on his dragon form and also his tiamat form and which wife will allow another woman to sleep with her and her husband and also she tells that woman to be the second mother of her child..( tf is going now).

Jesus this novel got stupid. Ahh... my long lost god daughter, whom I've searched for 1000 years and thought dead. I've finally found you. Let's talk about all the s*x you used to have. Almost every character in this novel is the town wh*r* apparently. This novel isn't even tagged with Romance, what tf is all of this sh*t? Honestly the world is interesting, but the power system got butchered to the point where if you don't have "super rare ultra powerful god killing weapon crafted by Santa in the cold flames of Christmas morning sun" then you're automatically fodder. The characters started off somewhat poorly and now it's just cheap drama between fights. "Oh my parents came over and I didn't have the balls to send them away". The guy literally almost got killed by a legend... I'm dropping. At least for now. The story is aimless, the characters are sh*t, the fights are meh, and the main character is neutered.

I would honestly say its in my top 3 favourite novels. The story is mainly about his progression into becoming an op mage but its also a lot about his character growth and his relationship with other people. Its a long novel with not the fastest of pacing even 2400 chapters later there are still a lot of people more powerful than him. I really like the fight scenes I feel like they are written well enough I can fully imagine whats happening. But thats just my opinon.

While I enjoyed Supremacy games I found it started getting better after the first war arc. But I did enjoy it a lot before it as well, I would say the first 20 chapters werent that great.

I do not know if you are a veteran as I have eaten many novels and so the author of the first comment is not worth reading, it gives me to understand that the author of the novel is lengthening the series because he wants money and has no idea how to finish his work that destroys his work with inconsistencies in his world

It's good for about 800 chapters or so. The MC is cold and manipulative, curious about the world and magic, and overall cool. He does have relationships, but they're monogamous. Problems start after, with inconsistent characters and power scaling. The story loses focus and characters start becoming more annoying. I've read about 1200 chapters because of the investment I had in Lith and Solus, as well as the world and magic system, but while the world is still cool, it's being drowned by whole chapters of power system stuff, while Lith and Solus take weird *ss turns. What man with a pocket waifu looks at another woman? I don't know...

Not the poison testers XD I read comments before reading this but I didn't trust them when they said the start is good but it goes to hell. How bad could it be I thought. Pretty bad turns out. Pointless b*llsh*t drama with some cuckery on the side.

The problems of that long novels do not know how to finish the story and lengthen it meaninglessly to earn more money, look one piece is quite long but you have the plot, I say that 20% of the series will remain.

While I agree that the plot is somewhat meandering, my main gripe with this series is its characterizations. Can't care about the characters if they're not even remotely the same character anymore. That and Solus not being his wife.

You do not know a good story, and how are the fights boring when they are realistic and the author explains how the spells work. Read it again before typing.

It’s ok to objectively critically review your favorite series or anything you consume…, what do you not understand about what that dude wrote? Plain and simple, the author is getting lazy… :/ What was once a rich in-depth thorough progressing narrative has turned into Dragon Ball Z/Super power leveling/scaling with aggressive dues ex deus ex machina “plot twists” and the author just sweeping under the rug every inconvenience a character may have. Whether it’s lack of power, intelligence, resources, emotional stability/trauma, or this rom/com drama sitcom that’s been going on for 500+ chapters, the archetype of a character no longer matters because the author doesn’t pay attention to small details anymore and whimsically decides to buff, nerf or change the personality of a character randomly entirely… :/ Yes the magic system is incredibly detailed but what does that matter if everyone is overpowered/“overgeared,” and we spend 20+ chaps crafting just to fight nigh immortal randoms

I wouldn't call the fights realistic, unless you're awakened? Teach me your ways. The authour put work into the power system and I appreciate that, but I do feel it excessive sometimes. There is such a focus on it that the character work necessary for a novel of this length suffers. Lith's whole family is flawless, a travesty considering how much of them we see. The Ernas girls are all over the place, conflicts popping up just to give them something to do and their characters acquiring and dropping flaws like flowers in their hair. Kamila might as well be a blow up doll. Lith himself is pretty good, but his change feels abrupt and borderline bipolar. He walks the streets an inch away from slaughtering people then makes unprompted romantic gestures? As for the story, each arc is too far apart. It feels too episodic, there's no overarching plot, just things that happen. The world is cool and dynamic because of that, but the plot is aimless.

1130 chaps in... Plot is good Power system is sort of dead in the water. Remember how 1 tier 5 spell took out a whole troop of some of the best equipped men in the kingdom? They do nothing now. We use them in enclosed spaces, we use them near allies. No one cares. Everyone just shrugs them off. Since the Odi there's too many enemies that are "infinite". Every other fight, the opponent has so much more experience, mana, spells, elements, world energy, life span, whatever. Lith still wins and it makes no sense. Characters suck still. Authour is more interested in their s*x life it seems. Thank you for telling me about Kamila's exes, while she's completely irrelevant to the plot and has no arc of her own or any development with Lith. Thank you also for turning Frya from a cold, isolated, powerful mage into an insecure sl*t that "f*cks randos in taverns". She's a born and raised noblewoman ffs. Lith is a b*tch now and the moment Solus gets a boyfriend I'm dropping this

When did friya become cold, isolated, and powerful? If you skipped most of the chaps, friya was explained to be insecure and reluctant despite her beauty and talent. She always thinks about herself that she is the "Vastor of the gang" as she said for like 20 times the whole series. She got adopted by a family that want to use her at first "refer to Jirni's thoughts on adopting quylla and friya", and she comes from a family that would have married her off regardless of her talent. Her hair has no streaks. All her friends have their own geniuses and before she found out her own talent one of her best friend died because she wants to save her adoptive mother. And bro, these people are all 22 year olds, with the life expectancy in Mogar being 50 years old, of course they're all h*rny. Most of them don't know when and how they'll suddenly die. So if it ticks you off that friya gets one night stands, then just drop it. It'll be until chap 1900 before she goes to a stable relationship

Chapter 556 and I quote: "It's the first time I've seen her hitting on someone" - one of her guild mates I can't be asked to find you the instances where she says she stays away from men due to the trauma of multiple attempted rapes during Nalear's attack. Getting drunk and vulnerable around strange men doesn't quite fit the mold. Also she's a rare dimensional mage. The whole Vastor comparison only became a thing after her character got mutilated. She brags about being a top ranker in the White Griffon, she soloed a trained, equiped awakened. She leads a mercenary guild and teaches them dimensional magic on the side. She's never presented as insecure or in need of attention until the authour completely shifted her whole character. I did drop the novel btw.

The world building is good and the power systems is easy to understand. I don't know what you are complaining about.
